Jewellery should be the finishing detail to your outfit; wear your jewellery after applying perfume and lotions. Remember to remove pieces before entering the shower or pool to keep pieces looking their best.

To protect your jewellery, pieces should be placed in the box provided. Ideally store your jewellery in a dark, cool and dry place. Claire Skelton packaging is recycled and fully recyclable; the synthetic cotton lining is made with renewable hydroelectric energy and is non-tarnishing.

To Care
To care for your jewellery, wash regularly with warm soapy water. A soft toothbrush may be used gently on harder to reach areas. Polished areas may be gently rubbed with a jeweller’s cloth to remove any tarnish and maintain brightness. Silver dip may be used for a deeper clean. Follow the instructions carefully as misuse can cause permanent damage to a piece.

Repairs
In the unlikely event that an item may need to be repaired, pieces purchased through www.claireskelton.com will be repaired at no charge for up to 1 year following purchase (under all reasonable circumstances). For purchases older than 1 year, repairs will be subject to a charge. Please contact us with specific repair requests to determine whether repair can be accommodated. All associated delivery charges are the responsibility of the customer.
